How much does a job cost?
3 credits per 10-page block started, i.e. €0.37 per block at the 160-credit pack rate. The total depends on your file: it is measured and announced before any charge. There is no subscription to take out — credits are bought once and spent whenever you like. An attempt that returns nothing is refunded the first time; beyond that it remains due, since the provider did the work.
Is my file kept?
It's erased from our servers no later than 1 hours after processing, along with the result. No file is used to train a model, and you can ask for immediate deletion at any time.
What if the job fails?
Any credits charged are refunded automatically, with nothing for you to do.
