Resume Builder
Build a clear, print-ready resume (CV) and export it as a PDF.
About this tool
A clear, well-structured CV survives the six-second first sift. This builder assembles a clean, professional resume — contact details, summary, experience, education, skills — in one of three layouts, and exports it as a print-ready A4 or Letter PDF.
Your information stays in your browser: nothing is created on a server, there is no account to open, and there is no watermark on the finished PDF. Free, and as many versions as you like — tailoring the CV to each role is the single highest-return habit in a job search.
Frequently asked questions
One page or two?
One page is the norm for under ten years of experience. Two are justified for senior, technical or academic profiles. Beyond that, recruiters stop reading rather than turn the page.
Will the PDF get through applicant tracking systems (ATS)?
Yes. The generated CV is real, selectable text rather than an image, so recruitment software can parse your name, employers, dates and skills correctly.
Should I include a photo?
In the US, the UK, Canada, Ireland and Australia, no — leave it off, as it invites bias claims and many employers discard CVs with photos. In parts of continental Europe it is still common. When in doubt, omit it.
How do I tailor it to a job advert?
Mirror the language of the advert in your summary and skills, and lead each role with the achievements closest to what the job asks for. Generating a fresh version per application takes a minute here.
Is it really free, with no sign-up?
Yes — the tool is free, needs no account and has no usage limit. Processing happens locally in your browser, so your data never leaves your device.
