Email Signature Generator
Design a tidy HTML email signature for Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.
About this tool
A well-made email signature is a business card you hand out dozens of times a day. This generator builds a clean HTML signature — name, job title, company, phone, website, social links and an optional photo or logo — in one of three layouts, ready to paste into your mail client's settings.
The signature is assembled in your browser as tidy, table-based HTML with inline styles, the only approach that survives the quirks of Outlook and the rest. Copy, paste, done — no account, no tracking pixel, no subscription.
Frequently asked questions
How do I install it in Gmail?
Copy the generated signature, then go to Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, paste it into the editor and save.
How do I install it in Outlook?
In desktop Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures. In Outlook on the web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply. Create a signature and paste the copied content in.
Why does my signature look wrong for some recipients?
Email clients interpret HTML very differently, and Outlook in particular ignores much of modern CSS. This generator sticks to tables and inline styles, the structures that render consistently everywhere.
Should I include an image?
Keep it small and optional. Many clients block remote images by default, so the signature must still read perfectly when the picture does not load.
Is it really free, with no sign-up?
Yes — the tool is free, needs no account and has no usage limit. Processing happens locally in your browser, so your data never leaves your device.
